In a city of 2.7 million people, you’re bound to have at least one neighbor that does something to irritate you. As it turns out, some neighborhoods are more irritating than others. We began our analysis with a list of the thirty most densely populated neighborhoods in Chicago, according to the City of Chicago’s data portal. Then we tallied 3-1-1 complaints in each neighborhood, for three types of issues: noise, garbage in alleys and dog poop. This allowed us to establish the number of complaints, per capita.
