What are your payment and contract terms?

We invest in long-term, happy relationships with our clients. We never want to lock someone into a contract, however, we typically ask clients to commit to at least a six-month engagement in order to establish a solid foundation. From there, 95%+ of our clients have historically continued their engagement. We only require a 30-day notice for cancellation of services.

How do you measure the success of content?

We measure Google rankings for the keywords that ranked before we created the content, and after. We also measure the amount of organic traffic to the page. Finally, we can also measure traffic flow on the site and conversions on the pages to determine if the content is leading to new business for you.
